Wall Street, Big Business and Money, And the Money Making Machine of Big Pharma and Cancer Treatment

I recently saw a chart posted on my facebook wall
showing where much of the money in the world is spent.

I feel great frustration with people's obsession with money and Wall Street.
Wall Street is the right entity to be angry with, but money is the wrong thing
to be angry about. It pales in comparison to some of their greater sins.

One of the things on those charts says that cancer treatment costs as
much as we spend on cigarettes. In case you wonder why, it's because the Rockefellers
invented cancer research, development and treatment, as well as starting the
cancer society. In the process they did some pretty monstrous things to patients;
Frankenstein type things. In the 1940's the Journal of American Medicine's
largest advertising client was Philip Morris. Camel cigarettes had the largest
booth at the AMA's convention in 1948. Many of their so called treatments are
actually carcinogenic and cause cancer. For instance Tamoxifen has been
proven to only delay onset of cancer and to actually increase uterine
cancer in those under 50. The head of the National Cancer Institute had to
resign after it came out. Yet the dirty FDA still allows it to be sold.

We pay taxes that fund cancer drug research. Then the drugs are handed over
to drug companies who make money hand over fist without paying back any of the taxes.

One of the first dirty things the Rockefellers did in respect to cancer was sell
a drug made out of petroleum as a cure. The Rockefellers had a big part in the development of established medicine in this country. They promoted the use of petro-pharmaceuticals, drugs made from by-products of the petroleum industry.

Imperial Chemicals is one of the companies that make things that cause breast cancer. They have
a subsidiary company called Zeneca Pharmaceuticals that makes chemicals used in cancer treatment.
They also make Tamoxifen. One of the fastest way to have your product be successful is to create
a market for it. Tamoxifen treats a cancer they caused. The treatment causes cancer and then
they get to treat your cancer again. Of course it is for a price.

"This is no accident," Dr. Epstein writes. "Zeneca Pharmaceuticals--a spin-off of Imperial Chemical Industries is one of the world's largest manufacturers of chlorinated and other industrial chemicals, including those incriminated as causes of breast cancer.

Zeneca has also been the sole multimillion-dollar funder of the National Breast Cancer Awareness Month since its inception in 1984, besides the sole manufacturer of Tamoxifen, the world's top-selling anticancer and breast cancer "prevention" drug, with $400 million in annual sales.

Furthermore, Zeneca recently assumed direct management of 11 cancer centers in U.S. hospitals. Zeneca owns a 50 percent stake in these centers known collectively as Salick Health Care."

Epstein's book info can be found here:http://www.preventcancer.com/documents/ACS.pdf

Of course, since their funding comes from chemical companies through the drug companies they own, the ACS and
National Cancer Institute are not going to focus much on what prevents cancer. That might offend their sponsers.

"Giant corporations, which profited handsomely while they polluted air, water, the workplace, and food with a wide range of carcinogens, remain greatly comforted by the silence of the ACS. This silence reflected a complex of mindsets fixated on diagnosis, treatment, and basic genetic research, together with ignorance, indifference, and even hostility to prevention."

"Not surprisingly, the incidence of cancer over past decades has escalated, approximately parallel to its increased funding," Dr. Epstein writes.

"Every discoverer of a cancer remedy has encountered a Chinese wall of resistance," which has been the same in every page of recorded cancer history, and that the myth that the discoverer of a cancer cure would be "honored, acclaimed, and practically deified as a saviour of the human race," should be changed to "dishonored, denounced and crucified, unless he is a fair haired boy of the dominating oligarchy." THE CANCER BLACKOUT An Illuminating, Factual Survey by M. H. Clutter, D.R.L

Don't get me started on the fact that when you donate to them, just like many other charities, the money mostly
pays for executives running the show. All the while the cancer rate is tripling, not dropping. That's because we
continue to be exposed to chemicals, in our environment, in processed foods, and personal care products. They sell
us food that causes cancer, heart disease, and diabetes, again making a market for their drugs.

"A solution to cancer would mean the termination of research programs, the obsolescence of skills, the end of dreams of personal glory, triumph over cancer would dry up contributuions to self-perpetrating charities...It would mortally threaten the present clinical establishments by rendering obsolete the expensive surgical, radiological and chemotherapeutic treatments in which so much money, training and equipment is invested...The new therapy must be disbelieved, denied, discouraged and disallowed at all costs, regardless of actual testing results, and preferably without any testing at all."---Robert Houston and Gary Null

Mammography is another of their dirty little secrets. The ACS promotes mammography heavily, because they are heavily funded by the industries that profit from it such as, Siemens, DuPont, General Electric, Eastman Kodak and Piker.Several of their presidents have been radiologists. These companies have members on the ACS's advisory boards. And of course they donate and quite a bit of the research conducted by the them is used by the ACS without
regard to the fact that it's results would be biased.

The American Cancer Society was formed by an advertising executive and a drug
company CEO. They actually have a special committee to seek and destroy any
treatment not endorsed by them.

The AMA licenses doctors, which means they can pull the license of a doctor
who does not use one of their endorsed treatments. They tend to defer to
the American Cancer Society(ACS)on what they endorse. The ACS and FDA
work hand in glove with the pharmaceutical companies. The AMA gets its funding
from the Big Pharma. Healing Cancer Naturally

In the 1850's the AMA launched a political campaign against abortion. Prior to this time abortion had been legal and it didn't even catch much flack from the Catholic Church so long as it was done in the early stages of pregnancy, before movement could be felt. Their campaign hit full speed in the 1860's, when they began calling abortionists murderers and executioners. Between 1875 and 1900, every state except Kentucky banned abortion. Women began dying in the hundreds of thousands from complications of back alley abortion. The AMA also was against birth control of any other form. They were not really very pious and their motivations were not very altruistic. Their internal memorandums showed that they were not concerned with the sanctity of life. Their true cause was running women healers out of the business. Midwives were frequently who women went to see for contraception and abortion.

At the same time the AMA began it's persecution of homeopaths. There were books published that ran down the idea of any form of alternative medicine, and the AMA forbade it's members to associate with homeopaths. Then they began having homeopaths expelled from medical societies.

It took the AMA quite some time to get rid of homeopathic medicine. People were very responsive to the idea of any treatment that didn't require them to take large doses of medicine that made them ill, required being bled, or surgery. But some people preferred the quick fix of popping a pill to the time consuming homeopathic treatment. It is harder to take care of yourself in order to prevent or fix damage than it is to take a pill later.

In 1910 a man named Abraham Flexner wrote the "Flexner Report" funded by the Carnegie Foundation. The Carnegie Foundation is closely tied to the Rockefeller Foundation. After this report, medical schools who were approved of by Flexner, received funding from the Carnegies and Rockefellers, not so if Flexner did not approve of a school. He had first worked for the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching. While Flexner was with the Carnegie Foundation, he had done a study on the possible modernization of medical schools. Within the Rockefeller machine, The General Education Board, he would find the money to put his ideas to work. The AMA saw the writing on the wall and allied itself with the money.

For more on Flexner see The Socialist Takeover Of The Public School System And The Plan To Teach Us To Conform

State boards through Rockefeller influence denied licenses to doctors that were not from AMA approved schools. Between 1900 and 1917, the number of homeopathic colleges dropped from 22 to 7. The AMA also closed medical schools for women and blacks. While there were some benefits to this standardization of medicine like making sure that doctors were properly educated in good science, the reason for it was consolidation of power and money. John D. Rockefeller chose not to take the drugs his foundations promoted. His doctor was a homeopath. He lived until he was almost 100 years old.

"...a surgeon told John D. (Rockefeller) that everyone should have an appendectomy before the age of 16 as a preventative. The oil wizard saw the point at once. 'Why, you've got a better thing than Standard Oil!', he exclaimed." - In Nat Morris, The Cancer Blackout.

They learned how to control what was taught in the medical schools and began to apply the pricipals to the public education system as well. The Socialist Takeover Of The Public School System And The Plan To Teach Us To Conform

They established an organization called the General Education Board, part of the Rockefeller Foundation, and John D. Rockefeller, Sr. donated $1 Million dollars to it, initially, and it then became absorbed into the Slater and Peabody Funds.

Frederick Taylor Gates: "The object of this Association is to provide a vehicle through which capitalists of the North who sincerely desire to assist in the great work of Southern education may act with assurance that their money will be wisely used."

Frederick Taylor Gates: "In our dreams, we have limitless resources and the people yield themselves with perfect docility to our molding bands. The present education conventions fade from their minds, and unhampered by tradition, we work our own good will upon a grateful and responsive rural folk. We shall not try to make these people or any of their children into philosophers or men of learning, or men of science. We have not to raise up from among them authors, editors, poets or men of letters. We shall not search for embryo great artists, painters, musicians nor lawyers, doctors, preachers, politicians, statesmen, of whom we have an ample supply.
The task we set before ourselves is very simple as well as a very beautiful one, to train these people as we find them to a perfectly ideal life just where they are. So we will organize our children and teach them to do in a perfect way the things their fathers and mothers are doing in an imperfect way, in the homes, in the shops and on the farm." From one of the Board's Newsletters.

Modern medicine, including, psychology, psychiatry, cancer tretments, drugs and also educational methods, are a result of the fact that his money was almost limitless, and J.D. Rockefeller, Sr. had a desire to enhance his public relations, through philanthropy. The science and morals behind these systems is very dubious. The Socialist Takeover Of The Public School System And The Plan To Teach Us To Conform

The Rockefellers and the AMA are all about public relations. Rockefeller began his foundations because he had a bad image as a murderer and a robber baron after some of his miners were machine gunned to death for not marching to his tune. His advisors suggested that he start foundations to give away some of his money, to avoid paying taxes and get some good P.R. in the process. The AMA came under fire for the fact that the JAMA was being primarily funded by drug adds, which violated the AMA's code of ethics. In 1899 George Simmons was hired as the new editor of the JAMA and he formed an alliance with the drug industry, which made the JAMA highly profitable.

At this time the AMA began accepting money in order to give a drug it's "seal of approval." Abbott Laboratories found another method for getting approval. Wallace Abbott investigated Simmons and found out that he had dubious medical credentials and had been charged with sexual abuse of his patients. He got his approval for free.(Mullins, Murder by Injection, pp. 19-21.)

Simmons was a very immoral and corrupt man. The movie Gaslight was inspired by his life. He had a mistress and wanted rid of his wife. So, he drugged her and tried to convince her that she was crazy. She got wise to him thought and sued him. The result was a sensational trial. He had to resign from the AMA and was replaced by Lawrence Fishbein, his protege.

Fishbein extended the AMA's influence into the food industry. They tested food to determine if it would get the "seal of approval." Usually it was really determined by money. While the AMA was stating that two tuna companies met its stringent standards, the FDA was seizing the shipments of both companies because "they consisted in whole or in part of decomposed animal substand." (Mullins, Murder by Injection, p. 26.) One of the companies that advertised it's AMA approval was Land O' Lakes butter, which had previously been prosecuted for adulterating its product to keep the fact that it was spoiled from being detected. In the 1940's the AMA stopped giving approval for food, largely because it was narrowly escaping lawsuits. They quickly replaced this with the field of surgery.

Surgery was a barbaric business until the 1880's when antiseptics and anesthesia made it more respectible. A man named William Halsted went to Germany to study medicine. He was a great proponent of German medicine. He pioneered sterile surgery. He also perfected invasive surgery. He is considered the inventor of radical mastectomy.

Due to his methods, surgery became the prefered method of treating cancer. Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York was founded by J.Marion Sims. Prior to that he was performing surgery on slave women in the 1840's. They made excellent guinea pigs because they were at the bottom of society. He did his surgery without any anesthesia. He had his friends hold the women down. It was written that his operations were "little short of murderous" and that his friends could only generally only stand to participate in this experimentation one time. Eventually the plantation owners in the area stopped allowing him to experiment on their slave women. Undaunted by this setback, he bought a female slave for $500 and performed 30 operations on her in a short period of time. He was eventually run out of town for his monstrous practices.

He went to New York and founded th Women's Hospital in 1855, as a charity hospital. This gave him a new supply of unfortunate immigrant women to experiment on. He was expelled from the hospital in the 1870's for his treatment of women. He then began to seek out wealthy women for patients. His patients were mostly suffering from vesico-vaginal fistulas. His work with these women got him reinstated at the hospital.

One of the Astor heirs died from Cancer and in their grief, the family gave the Women's Hospital $150,000 to open a cancer treatment center. Having witnessed Sim's methods the trustees were not too keen on the idea. So, Sims had the Astors set him up in a new hospital. Had he lived, he would have been the first director of the New York Cancer Center, which opened in 1884. The hospital changed it's name to Memorial Hospital in the 1890's, and to Sloan-Kettering in the 1950's.(Ralph Moss’ The Cancer Industry, pp. 46-47.) (Mullins, Murder by Injection, pp. 60-62.)

In it's early days the surgeries used to treat cancer were monstrous. One surgery was called the "commando". It removed the whole jaw of the patient and reminded the doctors of the slashig attacks of WWI commandos. The doctors at Memorial Hosptial did proceedures that basically hollowed out the entire body in an attempt to remove all cancer. They also amputated bodies from the waist down to treat pelvic cancer. Many patients chose death.(Moss, The Cancer Industry, pp. 48-49.)

The hospital received another benefactor in James Douglas. He owned the largest copper mine in the world. He also owned radium and uranium deposits. He wanted experiments conducted using radium to treat cancer. He gave the hospital $100,000 for this. The price of radium immediately went up by 1000%. Douglas died in 1913 of radiation poisoning. By the 1920's Memorial Hospital derived most of it's income from radium treatment.

In 1927, the Rockefellers contributed millions to Memorial Hospital, as well as land to build a new hospital on in the 1930's. At the same time, Standard Oil of New Jersey, owned by the Rockefellers began doing business with I.G.Farben. They were the company that developed the Sarin, Tabun and Zyklon B used in the Nazi gas chambers.

Through the Rockefeller's connection to I.G. Farben, Memorial Hospital began chemotherapy prior to WWII. Standard Oil had one of it's executives, Frank Howard on the hospital's research committee. He talked G.M. executives Alfred P. Sloan and Charls Kettering into donating for the purpose of turning Memorial Hospital into a research and treatment center.

Kettering Laboratoris in Cincinnati was responsible for the research that showed that lead, fluoride and aluminum were benign substances. Sloan was connected to the Morgan family, as in J.P. Morgan. The Morgans were also part of the control behind the hospital.

What makes this research done by Kettering relevant is that it paved the way for chemotherapy.Chemicals like arsenic and lead have been used since the time of Paracelsus, but the patient usually died. In the 1930's it was considered barbaric as a treatment and the proponents or radiation were against it for their own reasons. During WWII chemicals like DDT, and nerve gas were used. Napalm was invented and atomic weapons. Chemicals began to be looked upon as a way to better our lives.

Where is this going? Wallstreet runs Memorial Sloan-Kettering, and the hospital controls cancer research in the West. These corporations are not philanthropic. They are out to get a profit. But the ultimate damage they create is not in the fact that they have more money than everyone else, it is in the fact that they destroy lives, and damage the quality of our lives, by messing with our health.

The ultimate goal behind taking over medicine and education is socialism. If you do not believe that socialism is the intent of these founders of the education system, take it from John Dewey's own words.

"All that society has accomplished for itself is put, through the agency of the school, at the disposal of its future members. All its better thoughts of itself it hopes to realize through the new possibilities thus opened to its future self. Here individualism and socialism are at one."

The important thing to know is that it's not going to do anyone a bit of good
to complain about the money, because they knew that they were going to mess it
up back before WWII and they knew that if they didn't occupy our minds in other ways
we would get mad about it; so they set about secretly taking away our civil rights
so that when we did get mad, they would be able to turn those laws that people are
unaware of loose on us to shut people up. If they came out with semi truck loads
of their money and threw it to us, it wouldn't do us a bit of good with no civil rights.

And they were able to take our civil rights away because they took away our ability to
think for ourselves through the public education system. The Socialist Takeover Of The Public School System And The Plan To Teach Us To Conform

One of the worst things they have worked diligently to take from us is our faith in God.

Here is a Timeline of how the Rockefellers changed modern medicine.

1901 – Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research Opens
Based out of New York, this became one of the most “richly endowed” research centers. By 1928, John D. Rockefeller had given it $65 million in endowment funds. This later became Rockefeller University.(Paul Starr, “The Social Transformation of American Medicine.”)

1910 – Flexner Report Published, Establishes New Standards For Medical Education

This highly influential report, sponsored by the Rockefeller’s and Carnegie Foundation, evaluated medical schools and restructured American medical education. It set up a new standard so that schools could only be accredited if they showed an emphasis in drug based research and treatment. Homeopathy and other alternative approaches to medicine were no longer recognized. Abraham Flexner, author of the report, was on the staff of the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching. In 1910, 161 medical schools existed. By 1919, there were only 81 left.(http://www.jesus-is-savior.com/Health_Concerns/Pharmageddon/drugs_and_big_money.htm)(http://www.sourcewatch.org/index.php?title=American_Medical_Association)

1913 – Rockefeller Foundation Establishes the International Health Commission
This laid the foundation for how health and science research and development were to be conducted. Many of today’s health institutions were modeled on this commission’s practices, policies, and research processes such as the UN’s World Health Organization, the U.S. Government’s National Science Foundation, and the National Institute of Health.

1918 – Public Health Becomes Rockefeller Foundation’s Top Priority

“The Foundation identifies public health education as one of its principal areas of interest, and builds and endows the first school of public health at Johns Hopkins University.”

1921 – Rockefeller Foundation Contributes $357 million to Medical Schools Around the World (According to the Rockefeller Foundation, this was $357 million in “current dollars” (http://www.rockefellerfoundation.org/who-we-are/our-history/1920-1929/)

This spreads the drug-based approach to the most prominent schools around the world.

1922 – Dr. Royal Raymond Rife Begins Cancer Research

In the 1920s, Dr. Rife – a brilliant bacteriologist and former student of John Hopkins University – began researching and developing an alternative cancer cure.

1924 – Morris Fishbein Becomes Primary Editor of JAMA

JAMA, the Journal of the American Medical Association, is one of the most influential medical journals in the world. As head of JAMA, Morris Fishbein, became one of most powerful, prominent men in medicine during the time. He transformed the industry into a money-making machine and used negative campaigns to squash competitors. He was one of the key figures to suppress Dr. Royal Rife’s cancer cure.

1924 – Harry Hoxsey Founds First Cancer Clinic in Taylorville, Illinois

Harry Hoxsey offers a natural herbal formula to cure cancer that thousands claim to have worked. This is the first of 17 clinics to eventually open.

1926 – JAMA Publishes First Tirade Against Hoxsey

The article scares doctors and researchers from being associated with Hoxsey.

1927 – John D. Rockefeller Jr. Gave the First of his Annual $60,000 Contribution to Memorial (Sloan-Kettering) Cancer Center

1932 – Dr. Rife Develops Cancer Cure

Dr. Rife developed a machine that could neutralize disease-causing micro-organisms, including cancer cells, with the use of radio frequencies.

1932 - Director of Rockefeller Institute, Dr. Thomas Rivers, Denies Success of Rife Cancer Treatment

In 1932, Dr. Arthur Kendall, director of Medical Research at Northwestern University, spoke before the Association of American Physicians at Johns Hopkins University about the preliminary successes with Rife's methods and treatments of cancer. Dr. Thomas Rivers, virologist and bacteriologist, director of the Rockefeller Institute (a primary source of funding for medical research) and Dr. Hans Zinsser, called Kendall a liar to his face in front of the assembled crowd.(http://educate-yourself.org/cn/rifetimelinemay1998.shtml)

1934 - Rife’s Treatment Cures 16 Terminally Ill Cancer Patients

In 1934 at the Scripps Institute in La Jolla, Southern California, Rife conducted clinical trials on 16 terminally ill cancer patients, and successfully cured all of them. A team of medical specialists – including Dr. Milbank Johnson, Chairman of the Special Medical Research Committee of USC; George Fischer of the NY Children’s Hospital; and Dr. Wayland Morrison, the chief medical officer of the Santa Fe Railway – confirmed the findings.

1938 – The AMA Indicts Rife for Fraudulent Medical Practices

1939 – Philip Hoyland Files Suit Against Royal Rife’s Company, the Beam Ray Corporation

Philip Hoyland admitted to accepting a $10,000 bribe from Hahn Realty Group (AMA Agents) to sue the Beam Ray Corporation.

1939 – New Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center Opens – John D. Rockefeller donated the land and provided $3 million of funding

1940s – Rife’s Work Is Destroyed & Continues to be Suppressed

1949 – Hoxsey Sues JAMA and Editors for Libel and Slander – Hoxsey Wins

1949 – Morris Fishbein is Ousted from AMA

1956 – FDA Issues Public Warning About Hoxsey Cancer Treatment

1960 – Hoxsey Method Banned in U.S. by the FDA

1960 – Laurance Rockefeller Serves as Chairman of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York from 1960-1982

This center is one of the most influential cancer centers in the world. During WWII it performed some of the first experiments applying chemical warfare weapons to the “treatment of cancer”, which evolved into chemotherapy.

1963 – Bio-Medical (Hoxsey) Center Opens in Tijuana, Mexico

It continues to operate and claims an 80% success rate.

1971 – President Nixon Declares a “War on Cancer”

Signs $1.6 billion law.

1977 – Sloan-Kettering Rejects Laetrile (derived from Apricot Kernels) as Effective Cancer Treatment

This is despite positive results from Sloan-Kettering’s own famous researcher, Kanematsu Suguira. In November of 1977 Dr. Ralph Moss, Assistant Director of public affairs at Sloan-Kettering, held a press-conference about the success and potential of laetrile, despite the centers desire to cover it up. Ralph Moss was fired the next day for “failing to carry out the most basic job responsibilities.”

1991 – Rockefeller Foundation Helps Start Children’s Vaccine Initiative

The Foundation joins with the United Nations Development Programme, UNICEF, WHO and the World Bank to form the Children’s Vaccine Initiative (CVI). These organizations cause human beings untold harm through enforced immunizations.

Occupy Wall Street Idiots

When the Occupy Wallstreet Movement started, I had misgivings about it.
The problems seemed obvious to me. For starters, when was the last time
you complained about somebody having too much money and had them go "Here
you go, you can have some of my money, there is more where that came from?"
That doesn't even touch on the hypocracy of saying that some people are
wrong for considering money important, while simultaneously saying, "Give me
some." And getting mad at minimum wage fast food employees for not feeding you for free, is sorta begrudging them their minimum wage, isn't it?

The second more insidious problem I saw was that those who know history and politics have been predicting for some time now that those in power(don't mean the politicians, but the ones who put them in office) would use riots and anarchy as an excuse to do things like institute marshal law. So, I felt that protesting and marches was just giving them an excuse and for something dumb. I'm not communist and you are never going to convince me that taking money away from someone who took it from me fair and square is going to happen or be successful. They are going to get pissed and fight back. If you are going to poke the bear, you better do it for a good reason and do it in a way that at least has a good chance at success, because the bear doesn't care if you are
happy. Complaining in front of cameras won't help.

Supposing that I am correct in my belief that there are those who would like to do away with our Democracy and establish marshal law. What would be the best way to do that. Either instigate some violence or wait till some breaks out on it's own. Those who control all the rest of our country, control our press, so they put what spin on it that they feel is useful.

Now guess what has happened? Either they instigated this whole thing to start with, or they allowed a bunch of communist nut jobs to infiltrate the movement and start doing things that look pretty bad, like taking their kids to the protest, throwing them in front of the canons and then saying, "Look the police hurt my kids." Jeepers, maybe a babysitter would have been appropriate and been more helpful to your cause. John Lennon and Yoko didn't take their kids to their protests.

If the people on the news openly stating that they are communist and getting their kids stomped are not part of the original movement, and are part of a lunatic fringe, then the Occupy Wallstreet people had an obligation to keep them out and away from their protest. Because ultimately what better thing to protest against than communism and bad parenting? That is a human issue not a monetary one. The stupid people are complaining that some other people have too much money, and are therefore putting the same importance on money (basic greed) that the Wall Street bankers put on it in order to do the damage that they have done. The big difference is that the protesters are forgetting that when they point one finger at Wallstreet, four fingers are pointing back at themselves.

For goodness sake, this past weekend they protested Tea Party Members. Do they not know that the
Tea Party was to protest taxes and held by anti government radicals? Somebody must have forgotten
to explain that you can be Republican and still think the government needs some reform. Basically,
reformers went to protest some reformers this weekend. That is if you truly believe that some of the Wall Street protesters aren't nut job anarchists and that it was just some of them that were.

If you keep up the anarchy crap, just wait and see what happens. You guys make as much sense as someone saying "The world is going to end in 2012 so just set off the nuclear bombs anyway, you might as well."

Go home and stock up on some canned food, water (and if you can get over your hypocritical self, stock up on some gold) and do something useful for your families. The bear doesn't care if you are hungry and need a bath. But he will sure take advantage of it in order to eat your skanky butt.
