The History and Practice of Eugenics

Human Genetic Engineering

Aldous Huxley's Brave New World depicted a future society, where people are selectively bred to be genetically perfect. Their genes determine which class of people they will be born into, a sort of genetic caste system. In our time, this will play out through human genetic engineering. This field purports to be trying to correct the genes that cause disease and chronic health conditions.

What genetic engineering does is alter a person's genotype, or their genetic makeup, in order to change their observable traits, or phenotype. Under modern eugenics, negative and positive are terms applied differently.

Negative engineering, attempts to fix, things that are wrong, genetic abnormalities, etc. This is accomplished, by removing genes to prevent diseases or treat genetic diseases. The cells that are altered are called somatic cells. They are non-reproductive cells. This is referred to as gene therapy and somatic cell gene transfer,(SCGT).

Some of the systems in the human body have self-renewing stem cells. They are constantly dividing to replenish all of the cells within that sytem. Bone marrow has these cells that regenerate in order to make new red and white blood cells. But there are other areas of the body like nerve cells, that don't have these self-renewing stem cells.These are the cells that scientific researchers want to use embryonic stem cells for. Embryonic stem cells, can become any cell type in the body, because they are not already coded for a specific purpose or area of the body.

Once the doctors have these replacement cells, they have to get them into the area of the body they are designed to fix or treat. They often use viruses to do this and the patient runs the risk of a severe autoimmune response, which could lead to death.

But there have been successes, and there are projects being conducted, aimed at curing cancer, blindness and bone marrow diseases.

Negative genetic engineering is also being used to find genetic diseases before and during pregnancy. Most people are at least slightly familiar with what an amniocentesis is. It is when they take a sample of the embryonic fluid withing the amniotic sac. It was only used during the first trimester of pregnancy. Parents who have trouble conceiving can opt to undergo in vitro fertilization and implantation of an embryo. Now they have the option to have preimplantation diagnosis (PGD). This gives parents the ability to only have the healthiest embryos implanted. The embryos not chosen for implantation, are usually disposed of. Parents have to decide whether or not an embryo with a medical condition should be disposed of even if the condition is treatable. Parents could conceivably pick the sex or eye color of the embryos they implant.

If at some future date, the technology is perfected to allow genetic modification of an embryo through gene therapy, it would also affect the embryos sperm or ovum. This gene modification would effectively be changing the genes passed on to successive generations. This is called inheritable genetic modification.

Positive genetic engineering attempts to improve upon people's genetic makeup or the the genes of their offspring. This is sometimes called gene doping. In 2008, the World Anti-Doping Agency defined it as the "non-therapeutic use of cells, genes, genetic elements, or modulation of gene expression having the capacity to enhance performance."

It has not been documented to be occurring, there are those who believe it is being conducted in secret. Earlier, I wrote about the insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1) in food. But in 2002, researchers were inserting IGF-1 into the muscle cells of mice to enlarge their muscles and creating "Schwarzenegger Mice." It has also been reported that the fat-burning protein PPAR into mice, gave the ability to run twice as fast. If athletes began using this method of enhancement, those who were testing for it, would have to completely sequence their genome to find evidence of it.

In the not too distant future, people will have to decide where to draw the line. If we altered the genes of short people, so that they could become taller, or gave people better eyesight, without regulation, what is to stop doctors from making people more intelligent or more athletic.

Eugenics is being proposed to us as a choice, as opposed to the forced government coercion of the past. Julian Savulescu is chair of the Oxford Center for Practical Ethics at Oxford University. In a paper he wrote in 2002, called Procreative Beneficence: Why We Should Select the Best Children, he said, "Couples should select embryos or fetuses which are most likely to have the best life, based on available genetic information, including information about non-disease genes." He supports choosing children not just with their health in mind, but based on intelligence and gender. He refers to it as a "private enterprise" that is based on the choice of the parents. I have already covered what has happened in China, due to the practice of choosing the viability of a life based on gender. What is less well known, is that parents in the U.S. are choosing in increasing numbers to have male children, which is resulting in a declining number of female children.

If we as a society value male life above female life prior to birth, obviously, female children are going to face discrimination their whole life for being female. A system of giving women reproductive rights, in order to make their lives better, will ultimately make the life of women worse.

The National Bureau of Economic Research, published a paper called, The Demand for Sons: Evidence from Divorce, Fertility, and Shotgun Marriage (NBER Working Paper No. 10281),by Gordon Dahl and Enrico Moretti. They say that "Parental preference affects divorce, child custody, marriage, shotgun marriage when the sex of the child is known before birth, child support payments, and the decision of parents not to have any more children."

They compiled statistics from the U.S. Census from 1940-2000. These statistics show that a first born daughter is much less likely to be living with her father than a first born son. This is because women who only have female children are 2-7 percent more likely to never become married than women with male children. When parents marry because of an unplanned pregnancy, the so called shotgun wedding, it happens much more frequently when they know from an ultrasound that the baby is a boy. If the parents do not know the sex of the baby, the rate of marriage before birth is about the same. Statistic are showing that men who know they are about to have a son, are much more likely to marry the mother.

Couples who only have girls, get divorced more frequently than parents of boys. This increase is between 1 and 7 percent. This would indicate at least the possibility that men prefer spending time with sons than with daughters. They would lose this ability or find it severely limited after a divorce, and therefore may be less willing to lose access to sons as a result of divorce and therefore stay married. This difference in divorce rate is not effected by geographic region, race or economic pr educational level of the family. Fathers are also 11-22 percent more likely to have custody of their sons after a divorce than they are to have custody of their daughters.

Families that already have at least two children, are more likely to have another child if their existing children are girls. Divorced mothers are less likely to get child support for two daughters than for two sons.

Dahl and Moretti say that polls taken since 1940 show that men would prefer to have a son by more than a two to one margin. Women have much less preference toward having daughters.

At the present time, it is expensive to have testing done to choose the sex of your unborn child, but in the future such will not be the case. "As the cost of procedures falls and their reliability rises, the sex-ratio in the population may slowly become more male," Dahl and Moretti conclude. "More importantly, the bias for boys evidenced by our results may lead to worse outcomes for daughters." http://www.nber.org/digest/oct04/w10281.html

But in the West, we have consistently had a stronger prejudice against the sick and disabled than we do against female children.

In April of 2012, ABC reported that a new test to determine if your child had Down's Syndrome, as early as the 10th week of pregnancy. It is called the MaterniT21. It detects extra chromosomes floating around in the mother's blood from the baby. The tests can result in miscarriage. And since most insurance companies are not yet covering it, the cost to parents is about $475.http://abclocal.go.com/wabc/story?section=news/health&id=8634164

A doctor at Children's Hospital Boston, Dr. Brian Skotko, who is a clinical fellow in genetics was the lead study author on a study of 3000 Down's Syndrome patients and their families. It was published in the American Journal of Medical Genetics in October 2011. The study found that siblings age 12 and older were 97 percent said they felt proud of their siblings with Down's Syndrome. The children who themselves had Down's Syndrome 99 percent said they were happy, 97 percent liked who they are, and 96 percent were happy with their appearance.

The level of disability and health problems that accompany Down's Syndrome varies. It causes impairment of intellect, heart and stomach problems weak immune system, poor hearing and a shortened lifespan, typically living to their 50's. Some of the children are high-functioning, and healthy. But others can be severely disabled and unable to communicate. Up to 90% of women abort their pregnancies, when told the fetus has Down's Syndrome. What other sector of the population can say that 90 percent of them are happy?

In the Journal of Legal Medicine a doctor and lawyer said that a woman who gave birth to a child with Tay-Sachs disease, after being given the diagnosis, should be prosecuted. (Lori B. Andrews, “The Clone Age: Adventures in the New World of Reproductive Technology,” p. 161).

Those who support modern eugenics, say that since it is personal choice, it will not be plagued with the evils perpetrated in the past. I would like to know when in human history has the ability to have free choice, prevented abuse of that freedom?

I believe that all human life is valuable and it should be respected, protected and treated with dignity. We all have human dignity. This is not dependent on our genetics or our perceived disabilities. Our human dignity can not been seen in our genes under a microscope. It has to be experienced.

And above all, I believe that God is no respecter of persons. If it is not in his plan, eugenics will never improve upon His creation. The created cannot improve on the work of the Creator. They may be able to alter or change it, but never improve upon His creation. He didn't put us here to evolve, but to transcend. We were given free will with which to achieve it. If you allow them to take it away, you will never fulfill your purpose.

The Rockefellers and the One World Government, One World Religion And The Laws That Are Already In Place Against Freedom of Religion And The Noahide Laws

In 1962 Nelson Rockefeller wrote The Future of Federalism. He stated that current events demand a new world order.
 "but the nation-state is becoming less and less competent to perform its international political tasks...These are some of the reasons pressing us to lead vigorously toward the true building of a new world order...Sooner perhaps than we may realize...there will evolve the bases for a federal structure of the free world."(Nelson Rockefeller at Harvard University).

 As you read the following quotes you will see that an organized effort has been and is being made to establish a One World Government. They want to control what we believe and how we feel. They have no problem with forcing population control and brainwashing us through the media. They intend to establish a One World Religion as part of this agenda. If you have a faith that you practice this should concern you. If you are atheist or agnostic, you should not be happy at the prospect of having a religion forced upon you by government. This is not just some crackpot conspiracy theory. This is direct quotes from those involved and is now a part of documented history.

 The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization exists for the sole purpose of just such mind control.

 The first director -general of UNESCO (1946-48) was Sir Julian Huxley, an ardent defender of Darwin's evolution, and who wrote the 1948, "UNESCO: Its Purpose and Its Philosophy." He calls for the abolition of national sovereignty, the use of media propaganda to indoctrinate us, and a eugenics program.

 In her Universal Theocratic State, Edith Roosevelt wrote in 1962, "Curriculum is being drafted to indoctrinate our children in what "John D. Rockefeller Jr. calls 'the church of all people.'...Plans are being made to set up regional World Universities whose objectives would include 'to instruct in all religions but will not make religion it's aim,' 'build a world outlook' and teach the physiological , psychological and spiritual aspect of sex.'...

 July 31, 1962 Dwight D. Eisenhower gave his support for a World University to provide 'World Thinkers' to funnel into the United Nations....Defense Secretary Robert S.  In 1969 Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary was founded, Billy Graham was Chairman Emeritus of it. Mary French Rockefeller was a trustee. Laurence Rockefeller is responsible for funding The Human Potential Foundation,based in Falls Church, Virginia, which specialises in mind control on a global scale.

 The Complimentary & Alternative Medicine Program at Stanford in partnership with Vicus.com is establishing a database of citations, abstracts and articles that were donated by one of the founders of Esalen Institute in 1997, through Laurence Rockefeller. Esalen is a freaky place.

 Everyone knows that during the Cold War both the U.S. and the Soviet Union participated in paranormal experiments. Esalen has exchanged information with them. Esalen is involved in paraspychology, self-actualization, self-hypnosis, with similar techniques of manipulation and mind-control as Tavistock. Esalen's activities include psychological manipulation to solve political problems.

 The Esalen Institute The Esalen Institute claims on their website to be associated with Aldous Huxley.

Aldous Huxley

 Aldous Huxley is a well known counter culture figure and he is the brother of Julian Huxley from UNESCO, mentioned above. In 1932 he wrote Brave New World, a novel which was about a future society that was collectivist (a polite word for Socialism and Communism), and the methods that this society used for control. The book turned out to be prophetic, as many of the things he wrote about are now part of our world. He also wrote screenplays for Hollywood, which means that his ideas have become part of our pop-culture. Aldous and his brother were the grandsons of T.H. Huxley, who declared himself to be Darwin’s bulldog, so strong was his support of Darwin’s theories. T.H. Huxley coined the term agnostic.

 In 1954, he published Doors of Perception, which was about drug use to expand the mind. It is said that he had himself injected with LSD when he was dying, and was high on it, when he slipped into a coma that he never awoke from.  John D. Rockefeller was a prominent member. The Rockefeller family funded Baptist organizations that taught more liberal theology.  The Rockefeller Foundation has donated to both Rand and the League for Industrial Democracy. Despite it’s name, the League is not a Democratic organization. Until 1921, it was called the Intercollegiate Socialist Society, with obvious Marxist ideology. It was organized by Upton Sinclair, Jack London, Clarence Darrow, and it’s president in 1935 was John Dewey.  William Irwin Thompson is the founder of the Lindisfarne Center. He said, "We have now a new spirituality, what has been called the New Age movement.  The Lindisfame Center is in Manhattan's Episcopal Cathedral of Saint John The Divine. It is funded by the Rockefeller Foundation, the Lilly Endowment, and the Rockefeller Brothers Fund. Maurice Stong is it's financial director and sitson the Board of Directors. He is also the director of the Aspen Institute, co-founded by Aldous Huxley. Strong is a Canadian, not an American.

 It works with the UN Secretariat, The World Council of Churches, the World Conference on Religion and Peace, and the World Parliament of Religions.

 The Bahai World Faith has Maurice Strong as a member. It's international headquarters is in Haifa, Israel. It has a strong influence in the UN, which has recognized it as an international non-government organization since 1948. They were granted consultant status on he UN Economic and Social Council and UNICEF. They work with the WHO and the UN Environmental Program.

 In addition to all of his "activities", Maurice Strong has some pretty strange ideas. He and his wife bought the Colorado Land and Cattle Company, from Saudi arms dealer Adnan Khashoggi. This amounts to a tract of land that covers 200,000 acres of San Luis Valley in Colorado. They named it "Baca" and it is also known as the "Valley of the Refuge Of World Truths." The Aspen Institute and the Lindisfame Association have operations there. There are monasteries, Ashram, a Vedic Temple, and Native American shamans, a Hindu temple, a ziggurat, and a Zen Buddist center. He supposedly bought it because a mystic told him and his wife that the ranch “would become the center for a new planetary order which would evolve from the economic collapse and environmental catastrophes that would sweep the globe in the years to come.” (Bell, Larry, Climate of Corruption:Politics and Power Behind The Global Warming Hoax, 2011, pg. 101)

 On the advice of her astrologer, Shirley MacLaine decided to move there and build a New Age study center. She wrote in her book, Aging and Saging, "There are those who feel we are into the 'Shift of the Ages' . . . The shift is supposed to occur somewhere between the 1980s and through 2012 . . . I feel all of this is happening now . . . Our solar system passes through this Photon Light particles every twenty-six thousand years. Apparently we entered this belt in the early 1980s and will be going through it for a thousand years . . . The photon energy frequencies accelerate everything. They accelerate understanding, awareness, self-knowledge . . . they also accelerate confusion, chaos, anger, and negativity. I believe that is what is accelerating. We are having a healing crisis. When that crisis subsides, I believe we will begin emotionally to feel that we are all one and that we are divine as well. Because of this crisis . . . karmic issues will be resolved. We will go through a healing process which will also be extremely painful because we will be detoxing . . . ". . . in effect, every twenty-six thousand years the build up of emotional and karmic toxins is cleared. . . I call it Karma-geddon.  The Baca is reportedly a hot spot for paranormal activity and UFO's.

 In 1990, West Magazine, Alberta Canada conducted an interview titled, The Wizard of the Baca Grande, he proposed writing a novel in which a group decides,
 "The rich countries won’t do it. They won’t change. So, in order to save the planet, the group decides: isn’t the only hope for the planet that the industrialized civilizations collapse? Isn’t it our responsibility to bring that about?"

 Keeping in mind that Maurice Strong is connected to the Rockefellers, we move on to the UN Conference on Environment and Development. Strong was it's Secretary General. In June of 1992, UNCED held an Earth Summit in Brazil aimed at establishing an Earth Charter. They did not succeed but Agenda 21 was adopted.

 “The real goal of the Earth Charter is that it will in fact become like the Ten Commandments.” Maurice Strong. Time Magazine did a story on the Earth Summit. The night before they paid homage to the "Female Planet, until Dawn.

 In the morning they followed a Brazilian priestest to the edge of the water on Leme Beach, where they offered flowers and fruits to the Voodoo mother goddess of the sea, whose counterpart in Western mythology is Aphrodite/Venus. The UN is supposed to be about politics, but under that guise, they are promoting a New Age, One World Religion, with a pagan basis.

 It is ironic that Strong should be associated with any Environmental organizations. According to Climate of Corruption, he intended to pipe water into the desert Southwest, but environmentalists protested. He settled with the water company for $1.2 Million dollars and retained the rights to the water. He was also caught up in the UN “Food for Oil” scandal.

 He has also been largely involved in the “green movement” and the “sustainable environment.” Strong wrote the introduction to Beyond Interdependence: The Meshing of the World's Economy and the Earth's Ecology, which was published in 1992 by the Trilateral Commission, a private organization founded by David Rockefeller, Chairman of the UN Council on Human Relations in 1973. In that introduction Strong boasts, "This book couldn't appear at a better time, with the preparation for the Earth Summit moving into gear...it will help guide decisions that will literally determine the fate of the Earth...Rio will have the political capacity to produce the basic changes needed in our international economic agendas and in our institutions of governance."

 He also said, "We may get to the point that the only way of saving the world will be for industrial civilization to collapse."(Climate of Corruption)

 The Noahide Laws

 You may not be aware that there are already laws on the books that require us to return to a time before the Ten Commandments. They are called the Noahide Laws.

 The U.S. Congress officially recognized the Noahide Laws in legislation that was passed by both houses. Congress and the President of the U. S., George Bush, indicated in Public Law 102-14, 102nd Congress, that the United States of America was founded upon the Seven Universal Laws of Noah, and that these Laws have been the bedrock of society from the dawn of civilization. They also acknowledged that the Seven Laws of Noah are the foundation upon which civilization stands and that recent weakening of these principles threaten the fabric of civilized society, and that justified preoccupation in educating the Citizens of the U.S. of America and future generations is needed. For this purpose, this Public Law designated March 26, 1991 as Education Day.”

 In Israel, there is a community of people called Druze. “In January 2004, the spiritual leader of the Druze community in Israel, Sheikh Mowafak Tarif, signed a declaration calling on all non-Jews in Israel to observe the Noahide Laws as laid down in the Hebrew Bible and expounded upon in Jewish tradition. The mayor of the Galilean city of Shefa-'Amr (Shfaram) - where Muslim, Christian and Druze communities live side by side - also signed the document. The declaration includes the commitment to make a better, more humane world based on the Seven Noahide Commandments and the values they represent commanded by the Creator to all mankind through Moses on Sinai. Support for the spread of the Seven Noahide Commandments by the Druze leaders reflects the Biblical narrative itself. The Druze community reveres the non-Jewish father-in-law of Moses, Jethro, whom Arabs call Shoaib. According to the Biblical narrative, Jethro joined and assisted the Jewish people in the desert during the Exodus, accepted monotheism, but ultimately rejoined his own people. In fact, the tomb of Jethro in Tiberias is the most important religious site for the Druze community.”

 It is debatable whether or not Jethro worshipped Yahweh. The Midianites were ordered to be destroyed by Moses. Even the male children and the women who were not virgins were ordered to be killed because they led the Israelites astray with their religion. Moses would have known whether or not his father worshipped Yahweh or some other gods. The Koran says that the Midianites were warned by the prophets to repent and that they were among the Cities of the Plain that Lot preached to, trying to get them to stop being so wicked.

 “Gentiles May Not Be Taught the Torah. Inasmuch as the Jews had their own distinct jurisdiction, it would have been unwise to reveal their laws to the Gentiles, for such knowledge might have operated against the Jews in their opponents' courts. Hence the Talmud prohibited the teaching to a Gentile of the Torah, "the inheritance of the congregation of Jacob" (Deut. xxxiii. 4). R. Johanan says of one such teaching: "Such a person deserves death" (an idiom used to express indignation). "It is like placing an obstacle before the blind" (Sanh. 59a; ‘ag. 13a). Yet if a Gentile studies the Law for the purpose of observing the moral laws of Noah, R. Meïr says he is as good as a high priest, and quotes: "Ye shall therefore keep my statutes, and my judgments, which if a man do, he shall live in them" (Lev. xviii. 5). The text does not specify an Israelite or a Levite or a priest, but simply "a man"—even a Gentile ('Ab. Zarah 26a). Resh La’ish (d. 278) said, "A Gentile observing the Sabbath deserves death" (Sanh. 58b).

 This refers to a Gentile who accepted the seven laws of the Noahide, inasmuch as "the Sabbath is a sign between God and Israel alone," and it was probably directed against the Christian Jews, who disregarded the Mosaic laws and yet at that time kept up the observance of the Jewish Sabbath.”

 “Rabbina, who lived about 150 years after the Christians had changed the day of rest to Sunday, could not quite understand the principle underlying Resh La’ish's law, and, commenting upon it, added: "not even on Mondays [is the Gentile allowed to rest]"; intimating that the mandate given to the Noahide that "day and night shall not cease" = "have no rest "should be taken in a literal sense (Gen. viii. 22)—probably to discourage general idleness (ib.Rashi), or for the more plausible reason advanced by Maimonides, who says: "The principle is, one is not permitted to make innovations in religion or to create new commandments. He has the privilege to become a true proselyte by accepting the whole Law" ("Yad," Melakim, x. 9). R. Emden, in a remarkable apology for Christianity contained in his appendix to "Seder 'Olam"(pp. 32b-34b, Hamburg, 1752), gives it as his opinion that the original intention of Jesus, and especially of Paul, was to convert only the Gentiles to the seven moral laws of Noah and to let the Jews follow the Mosaic law—which explains the apparent contradictions in the New Testament regarding the laws of Moses and the Sabbath.”

 These men are saying 1.that if you are not a Jew, you are not permitted to observe any Sabbath or Holy Day. You cannot worship on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, or any other day of the week. 2.Jesus probably never meant for Gentiles to be converted, and Jews were still supposed to observe Jewish law. 3. If you do observe any day of rest, or establish any new commandment(i.e. Christian or Muslim commandments) you should be put to death.4. You are however allowed to observe the Seven Noahide Laws, since you are unworthy of any others.

 According to the beliefs of those who follow Kabbalism, you don't need to convert to Judaism. You only need to follow the Noahide Laws.

 Anyone who knows the Bible knows that the Ten Commandments are an improvement on the Noahide Laws. In the Old Testament Law, it requires multiple witnesses in order for someone to be executed. Noahide Law requires one. If you break Noahide Law, you are supposed to be decapitated."Whoever is to be found breaking one of these laws, is subject to capital punishment by decapitation" (Sanh.57a)."“The Encyclopedia Judaica,” 1192 “...violation of any of one of the seven laws subjects the Noahide to capital punishment by decapitation.”

 These people believe that only Jews are worthy of observing the Mosaic Law, that was meant to replace the Noahide law.

 Are you getting concerned?

 Did you know that Messianic Scripture is considered to be Anti-Semitic? The reason that is important, is because there are laws against Anti-Semitism. On October 8, 2004, the Global Anti-Semitism Review Act went into effect.

 That law does not protect Christians, Muslims, Bhuddists, etc. There are scripture that say that Christ was the one who had the choice to die, and that although the Jews wronged him, he was the one with the authority and power over his life. "No one takes it from Me, but I lay it down of Myself. I have authority to lay it down, and I have authority to receive it again. This command I have received from My Father.” (John 10:18). But if you were not careful how you worded that and you implied that the Jews were responsible for Christ's death, or put too much emphasis on the scripture that says they put a curse on themselves for it, you would be in violation of this law.

 Under the Noahide Laws, Christianity is Idolatry. If you speak His name, you have Blasphemed, and should be decapitated. Stephen was stoned to death in Acts for blasphemy.

 At face value, these laws are not really wrong, but when you consider things like that the Talmud and Sanhedrin has rules in place that require you to be killed for following these rules, they take on a more sinister aspect.

 The Rambam [12th-century rabbi Maimonides]wrote, there was no Sanhedrin, and he therefore outlines the steps necessary to establish one. "When there is a majority of rabbis in Israel who authorize one person to be an authority, he can then reestablish the Sanhedrin” (Israel National News, online edition, December 9, 2004).

 “On October 13, the Sanhedrin, the highest tribunal of the Jewish state and religion, was re-inaugurated by a group of rabbis in Tiberias after 1,600 years of absence. According to Jewish sources, last notice of the Sanhedrin dates around 425 A.D., also in the city of Tiberias.  Under the Genocide Treaty, if you cause bodily or mental harm to another group, your trial can be held anywhere in the world. What constitutes harm? Disagreeing with them?

 The UN established an international court system in 1993. "Were talking about creating here something that exercises genuine power, real put-people-in-jail power, but that is responsible to no one but itself." said Lee Casey, a constitutional lawyer with the Washington firm of Hunton & Williams.  By creating the Internation Criminal Tribunal, they violated one of the UN Charter,which states that the Council has no competence whatsoever in judicial matters.

 The UN released on 16 June 2000 a press release:

 "The Rules of Procedure and Evidence cover such issues as composition and administration of the Court, penalties for crimes, obligations of international cooperation and assistance, as well as enforcement of sentences. On the matter of crimes initially within the Court’s jurisdiction -- genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity -- the Commission is working to identify what elements would constitute those crimes and would need to be proven in order to obtain convictions.  It's not that the crimes they are considering are a problem, it's the fact that they haven't identified what constitues those crimes, and that other peoples have jurisdiction over American Courts.

 The Masonic Creed is the true basis for these laws and courts. But if we concentrate on believing that it is just Jews, we might miss the slight of hand. There was a nationwide Christian Radio address to the Council for National Policy, by James Dobson, President of Focus on the Family. He said he was determined to do whatever was necessary "to restore the observance of "moral law."  "Moral law" and "moral law of the Universe" are Masonic terms. There is no specific religion mentioned, no reference to sin or even God.

 The Georgia House of Representatives Bill #1274, provides for the use of guillotines.

 To amend Article 2 of Chapter 10 of Title 17 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the death penalty generally, so as to provide a statement of legislative policy; to provide for death by guillotine; to provide for applicability; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

 SECTION 1. The General Assembly finds that while prisoners condemned to death may wish to donate one or more of their organs for transplant, any such desire is thwarted by the fact that electrocution makes all such organs unsuitable for transplant. The intent of the General Assembly in enacting this legislation is to provide for a method of execution which is compatible with the donation of organs by a condemned prisoner.

 Lubavitch Movement

 You might notice that this website is affiliated with the Lubavitch Movement. One of the modern schools of Judaic philosophy is Chabad-Lubavitch Hasidism, which Dr. Segal(Associate Professor of Theology) describes as Kabbalist movement on his website, at the Univeristy of Calgary.

 "The name 'Chabad' is a Hebrew acronym for the expression 'Chokmah,' 'Binah" and 'Da'at' -- Wisdom, Intelligence and Knowledge. These Kabbalistic terms are central to the distinctive intellectual theology of the movement... The name Lubavitch refers to a town in Lithuania that was the centre of the movement for a brief period during the nineteenth century...  "In 1940 the head of the movement Rabbi Joseph Isaac Schneerson moved to America from Russia. From the outset he expressed his determination to make the Lubavitch movement into an American religious movement (e.g., by abandoning the traditional European long frocks in favour of American-style dress)."

 Chabad-Lubovitch has an international headquarters in New York. They lobby on Capital Hill for their causes.

 It was through their machinations that the Noahide Laws were slipped past us. In 1991, Chabad-Lubavitch in cooperation with President Bush established the observance of Education Day, USA "to return the world to the moral and ethical values contained in the Seven Noahide Laws."

 If you were aware of anything at all going on, it was probably just National Education Day.You might have thought it had something to do with schools.

 The Noachide Laws - The Encyclopedia of Judaism
 (1) Civil justice [the duty to establish a legal system];
 (2) Prohibition of blasphemy [which includes the bearing of false witness];
 (3) The abandonment of idolatry;
 (4) The prohibition of incest [including adultery and other sexual offenses];
 (5) The prohibition of murder;
 (6) Also that of theft;
 (7) The law against eating flesh [a limb] cut from a living animal [ie., cruelty in any shape or form] (T.B. Sanh. 56A)

 Don't forget that even Christ was considered to be guilty of blasphemy. Obviously the Sanhedren doesn't consider execution to be murder.
 Remember that I previously pointed out that much of the authority for establishing a new Sanhedrin comes from Maimonides. Here is a quote from him:

 "It is a mitzvah [religious duty; ARC], however, to eradicate Jewish traitors, minnim, and apikorsim, and to cause them to descend to the pit of destruction, since they cause difficulty to the Jews and sway the people away from God, as did Jesus of Nazareth and his students, and Tzadok, Baithos, and their students. May the name of the wicked rot."

 He wrote that in the Mishnah which was the forerunner of the Torah, which is made of of the Mishnah and Rabbinical commentaries called the Gemara. Jesus condemned the Mishnah for allowing the traditions of men to make God's word null. (Mark 7:1-13)

 Know your Bible because they intend to use it against you. The Chabad Lubavitch, B'nai Noach and even some Messianic organizations say that the Noahide Laws are those given to Noah in Genesis 9 and/or the Jerusalem Council in Acts 15. Neither place in the scripture contains these 7 commandments as a code of universal law.

 Noahide is their term for us. "A bat Noach [daughter of Noah] or b'nai Noach [son/child of Noah] is a non-Jew (Noahide) who follows the Jewish laws specifically given by God for them." It is similar to Gentile.

 They intend for uneducated people to believe that the Noahide laws are part of the Ten Laws given to Moses."...the Seven Universal Laws were given on Mount Sinai at the time when the Torah was given to the Jewish people...With the Giving of the Torah, the G-d of Israel chose the descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob as His Chosen People, commanding them to fulfill the 613 precepts of the Torah. He also commanded the righteous of the other nations of the world to keep the Seven Commandments of the Children of Noah and commanded Moses and his people teach them how."

 Everyone should be very concerned.
